Reported as doable with work. One owner's write-up reused the front caliper bolts, bought new rear caliper bolts, and trimmed the rear dust shield lip to clear the bigger rotor; the 16-inch non-Brembo spare then no longer fits. (That owner's calipers came from a G35; see the G35-Brembo row.) Nissan's manual treats Brembo and non-Brembo as separate procedures.
