Sources disagree. One forum thread says putting M3 325 x 28 mm front rotors on a 325 meant machining the caliper carrier's mounting face by about 6.35 mm, and a forum moderator recalled that the hose fittings are the same M10x1.0 and the same length. A community wiki instead calls the M3 front brakes a bolt-on with the right brackets, and wrongly calls them four-piston. The detailed forum guides were paywalled. Treat as unconfirmed brake work.
