Likely, but untested on a GD. The 2022+ 18x7.5 +48 wheel shares the 5x100 / 56.1 mm hub, and a wheel guide says the GR86's factory 18s clear the ZD8's optional Brembos, which suggests room for GD calipers too. That is an inference, not a test. Its 215/40R18 tire is close to the WRX's factory rolling diameter by our arithmetic. Check caliper and fender clearance first.
