Content license and terms of use
Short version: read it, use it for your own car, quote it with a link. Don't copy the dataset wholesale without asking.

The text and data on ChassisDex are © 2026 ChassisDex, all rights reserved. Entries are our own summaries of public sources, and each one links back to those sources, which keep their own rights.
What you can do
- Personal and non-commercial reference use is fine. Look things up, print a page for the garage, share a link.
- Short quotes with attribution are fine. Quote a sentence or two, name ChassisDex, and link to the source page on this site.
What needs written permission
- Bulk copying of pages or data.
- Scraping the site into a competing database or parts-fitment product.
- Republishing the dataset, or a substantial part of it, in any form.
Ask first at hello@chassisdex.com. Say what you want to use and where.
