TSB 94-025 (all models) also says 80 lb-ft with no impact wrench. Bolt pattern, hub and thread: reference sources give 4x100 / 56.1 mm / M12x1.5 (WheelPrice, BoltPattern HQ and TiresWheels for the Civic, Tirefolio for the del Sol); Honda does not print them in sources read.
