Swap the VIII's plastic bypass valve for the IX's metal one, a direct fit per one retailer. For more top end, an IX turbo bolts on with the IX outlet pipe, oil feed, coolant pipes and wastegate actuator.
Caveats: Single retailer source. Retune after any turbo change.
